Floor & Decor is seeking a Receiving Associate to support warehouse operations in our Fort Myers store. The role involves unloading, auditing, and staging products to recover store inventory, while upholding company values and safety procedures.

The position requires 1-2 years of warehouse experience, forklift certification, and strong communication skills. Full-time and part-time options available, with extended hours during peak seasons.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of warehouse experience preferred.
• Experience driving a forklift is preferred.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Attentive to detail.
• Able to work in different weather conditions.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Available to work extended hours, especially during peak seasons.

Responsibilities

• Act in a manner consistent with Floor & Decor's core values.
• Ensure products are staged for counting and inspection.
• Ensure all receiving paperwork is properly completed.
• Store products properly to conserve space and comply with safety procedures.
• Oversee rotation of inventories within the warehouse.
• Perform other duties as directed by management.
• Comply with safe lifting practices and standard operating procedures.
• Complete required department and equipment training (forklift certification).
