Floor & Decor is seeking a Receiving Associate to support warehouse operations at our Florida location. You will help unload, audit, and stage product to recover store inventory, with both full-time and part-time positions available.

The role emphasizes safety, proper paperwork, and efficient storage while relying on forklift-certified candidates. Strong communication and the ability to work in varying weather and peak seasons are valued.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of warehouse experience preferred
• Forklift experience preferred
• Effective communication skills (oral and written)
• Attentive to detail
• Ability to work in different weather conditions
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment and meet deadlines
• Available to work extended hours, especially during peak seasons

Responsabilités

• Act in a manner consistent with the company's core values
• Ensure products are staged for counting and inspection
• Ensure all receiving paperwork is properly completed
• Ensure products are stored properly to conserve space and comply with safety procedures
• Oversee the rotation of inventories within the warehouse
• Perform other related duties as directed by management
• Demonstrate comprehension of safe lifting practices and SOPs
• Complete required department and equipment training ( forklift certified )
