Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is hiring a Receiving Associate to support warehouse operations at our Fort Myers location. The role involves unloading, auditing, staging products, and ensuring accurate receiving paperwork while adhering to safety SOPs.

Both full-time and part-time positions are available, with physical work and occasional extended hours during peak seasons. Candidates should have 1–2 years of warehouse experience, forklift certification is preferred, and strong communication skills

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of warehouse experience preferred.
• Forklift certification preferred.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure products are staged for counting and inspection.
• Complete receiving paperwork accurately.
• Store products properly to conserve space and follow safety procedures.
• Oversee inventory rotation within the warehouse.
• Adhere to safe lifting practices and SOPs.
• Complete required department and equipment training (forklift certified).
