Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking a Receiving Associate to support warehouse operations at our Cape Coral, FL store. You will unload, audit, and stage products to recover store inventory, and ensure paperwork is complete.

This role offers both full-time and part-time positions with a minimum base pay of $15.10 per hour, depending on experience. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of warehouse experience; forklift certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of warehouse experience preferred.
• Forklift certification preferred.
• Effective communication skills (oral and written).
• Attention to detail and safety awareness.
• Ability to work in varying weather conditions and fast-paced environments.
• Availability for extended hours during peak seasons.

Responsibilities

• Unload, audit, and stage products to recover store inventory.
• Ensure receiving paperwork is properly completed.
• Store products properly to conserve space and follow safety procedures.
• Oversee rotation of inventories within the warehouse.
• Adhere to company safe lifting practices and SOPs.
• Complete required department and equipment training (forklift certified).
