Responsibilities

• Deliver SMART customer service by assisting customers and supporting projects.
• Stock merchandise by unloading freight, down-stocking, organizing shelves and pallets.
• Verify deliveries, complete dock prep, and operate equipment like pallet jacks and forklifts.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment by following safety procedures for hazmat, equipment, and housekeeping.
• Operate store equipment such as scanners and Zebra devices as needed.
• Team up with colleagues to complete additional tasks.
