Job summary

Lowe’s Companies, Inc. is seeking a part-time Receiver/Stocker to help keep the store stocked, safe, and customer-ready. You will unload deliveries, stock shelves, and manage backroom organization, while following health and safety guidelines.

You’ll operate equipment like pallet jacks and forklifts, assist customers, and participate in store operations as needed. This role supports Pro Fulfillment activities and requires teamwork across shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• 3 months experience operating forklift/power equipment such as lifts.
• 6 months experience in warehouse stocking/inventory handling.

Responsibilities

• Deliver SMART customer service by assisting customers and supporting projects.
• Stock merchandise by unloading freight, down-stocking, organizing shelves and pallets.
• Verify deliveries, complete dock prep, and operate equipment like pallet jacks and forklifts.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment following proper procedures for hazardous materials and equipment use.
• Operate store equipment including scanners, Zebra phones, balers and other tools as needed.
• Contribute as a team player to complete other assigned tasks.
• For Pro Fulfillment Stores: pick and stage Flatbed Delivery orders; load orders; rotate by delivery date; communicate with customers; ensure delivery readiness.
