Job summary

MGM Resorts International is seeking a Warehouse Receiver in Atlanta. The role involves unloading trucks, inspecting goods, assembling and delivering orders, and maintaining organized warehouse operations.

You will handle perishable item rotation, participate in inventories, and ensure safety compliance while supporting receiving systems. The position requires a minimum age of 21, prior warehouse experience, and a valid Health (Food Handler’s) Card or the ability to obtain one.

Qualifications

• At least 21 years of age.
• Has previous warehouse experience.
• Currently holds a Health (Food Handler’s) Card or can obtain one.
• Able to lift at least 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Able to work varying shifts including weekends and holidays.
• Previous forklift experience is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Report safety or OSHA violations to supervisor.
• Maintain a clean and orderly warehouse.

Warehouse Receiver

As the Warehouse Receiver, you will assist in setting the stage for exceptional guest experiences with your welcoming smile and friendly service. By understanding the guests’ unique stories and needs, you will own their experience to create WOW moments and memories that they can carry with them well past their stay with us.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Unload trucks by forklift and pallet jack
• Inspect incoming merchandise for count, specification, quality and quantity and report shortages or damage to the receiving supervisor
• Assemble and deliver warehouse orders
• Stock or deliver received items to the appropriate area or department
• Check and sign for all incoming or outgoing items
• Date and rotate all incoming perishable food items
• Help maintain and assist the Receiving System
• Assist in inventories
• Report any safety or OSHA violation to supervisor
• Maintain a clean and orderly warehouse
• Performs other job-related duties as requested.

Ideal Candidate

• At least 21 years of age
• Has previous warehouse experience
• Currently has a Health (Food Handler’s) Card or the ability to obtain one
• Ability to lift at least 50lbs and be on one’s feet for long periods of time
• Ability to work a variety of shifts which may include weekends and holidays
• Previous forklift experience is a bonus
