Mike Hudson Dist is seeking an Assistant Receiver to work closely with the Warehouse Manager. You will support receiving, staging, replenishment, and inventory control to ensure complete customer orders.

You will help maintain stock integrity, coordinate with AP and Operations, schedule inbound trucks, and ensure OSHA safety standards. Strong teamwork, communication, and analytical skills are essential for success in this on-site Miami operation.

Responsibilities

• Assist with receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations.
• Execute inventory controls and reconcile with data storage systems.
• Maintain warehouse condition, layouts, and equipment, issuing repair orders as needed.
• Ensure OSHA standards and company safety requirements are followed.
• Support day-to-day operations and cover for the day manager when unavailable.
• Document receiving records, discrepancies, and inbound logistics.
• Schedule inbound trucks and verify product condition.
• Monitor stock levels and product rotation.
• Assist in cleanliness and sanitation of receiving docks and warehouse.
• Complete daily tasks and report receiving documents to AP and Ops Manager.
