Job summary

Family Farm and Home is seeking a Receiver to verify and process incoming/outgoing freight and maintain inventory accuracy at our Michigan stores. The role supports the store manager, assists with backroom organization, and ensures safe loading/unloading from trucks.

The ideal candidate communicates well, works with vendors and coworkers, can operate a forklift or pallet jack with proper licensing, and can lift up to 50 lbs while upholding company policies and audit standards.

Responsibilities

• Verify and process incoming/outgoing freight
• Maintain inventory accuracy and assist store manager with backroom operations

• Stock freight and assist with loading/unloading from trucks
• Ensure cleanliness and proper rotation of perishable items in backroom
