Job summary

Westrock Coffee Company is seeking a Warehouse - Receiver in Conway, AR. You will receive deliveries, verify quantities against BOL, and upload records to NetSuite.

The role requires forklift operation, attention to quality, and coordination with QA and roasting teams to ensure proper staging of green coffee deliveries. You must have 1–2 years in a manufacturing setting, forklift certification, and solid math skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1-2 years' experience in a manufacturing environment.
• 1-2 years' experience monitoring product quality.
• 1-2 years of certified forklift experience.
• Strong mathematical skills using percentages and fractions while working with recipes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers.
• Basic knowledge of mechanics.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office).

Responsibilities

• Receive deliveries and inspect truck before loading acceptance.
• Verify product and quantity received against BOL and delivery schedule.
• Operate forklift safely and proficiently.
• Coordinate with QA to collect green coffee samples for testing (moisture and temperature).
• Communicate with Roasting and Grinding/QA teams for staging deliveries.
• Record receipt against POs and upload documents to NetSuite as needed.
• Receive transfer orders from other Westrock locations.
