Job summary

Westrock Coffee Company is seeking a Warehouse Associate -- Material Handler to support day-to-day warehouse and production material flow. The role includes shipping/receiving, loading and unloading, and moving materials within the facility, while operating forklifts and pallet jacks with safety and efficiency.

Responsibilities include coordinating material needs with the supervisor, performing real-time inventory transactions, and maintaining clean, organized dock areas.

Qualifications

• Operate PIT equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely.
• Minimum 1 year warehouse or manufacturing experience.
• 2+ years of powered lift truck experience.
• Basic math skills (counting, addition, subtraction).
• Organize work and manage time in a fast-paced environment.
• Follow a schedule and verbal/written instructions.
• Strong communication and teamwork with co-workers.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with supervisor to determine production materials for scheduled runs.
• Perform receiving and shipping activities; verify counts and document movements.
• Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks and other PIT in line with safety rules.
• Stock, stage, and transfer inventory using barcode scanning to complete system transactions.
• Maintain dock, staging and warehouse cleanliness in line with OSHA and safety regulations.
