Job summary

S&D Coffee is seeking a Warehouse Associate II for a weekend Fri-Sun 7a-730p shift in Conway, AR. This role supports receiving deliveries, operates a forklift, and partners with QA to sample green coffee and ensure accurate inventory records.

You'll work with the Inventory team to verify BOL, upload documents, and maintain a clean, safe workspace while following GMP requirements. Strong math, communication, and basic computer skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of manufacturing environment experience is preferred.
• Experience monitoring product quality and ensuring accuracy.
• Certified forklift operation is required.
• Strong math skills using percentages and fractions for recipes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office) are required.

Responsibilities

• Receive deliveries and verify against bill of lading and delivery schedule.
• Operate a forklift safely and proficiently.
• Coordinate with QA for green coffee sampling (moisture, temperature).
• Upload received documents to NetSuite and notify relevant parties.
• Receive transfer orders from other Westrock locations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Adhere to safety procedures, GMP, and company policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
