Job summary

Cleanslate is seeking a Warehouse Receiver in Linden, NJ to join our Production team. The role involves verifying deliveries, entering data into WMS/SAP, loading/unloading, staging, and ensuring quality throughout the process.

We offer weekly pay, comprehensive benefits, 401(k) matching, paid holidays, PTO, and paid overtime. Schedule is Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 4:30 PM, with a pay rate of $20 per hour.

Qualifications

• Forklift experience is required; certification is preferred.
• Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) concepts.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Delivery Verification: ensure deliveries match purchase orders, check for damage, verify lot numbers and expiration dates.
• System Entry: scan and record deliveries into WMS or SAP.
• Loading/Unloading: manage indoor/outdoor loading regardless of weather.
• Staging and QC: place items in staging until QC clearance.
• Finished Goods: move goods to outbound staging area after production.
• Pallet Management: wrap pallets and verify WMS labels.
• Quality Assurance: conduct inspections on finished goods.
• Rework Documentation: document and store re-work items.
• Component Staging: stage components per Production Manager orders.
