Job summary

Cleanslate is seeking a Warehouse Associate at our Production site in Linden, NJ. This role supports deliveries, inventory control, and orderly staging of goods. With a Monday–Friday schedule, the position involves weather-exposed tasks and safe forklift operations.

Candidates should have CDL (entry level acceptable with 1+ years), forklift experience, WMS/SAP familiarity, and strong computer skills. Competitive benefits accompany this role.

Qualifications

• Forklift operation experience is required; certification preferred.
• CDL license required; entry level acceptable with 1+ years experience.
• Able to push, pull, lift and carry up to 50 pounds; bending as needed.
• Able to read, write, and speak English.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Proficient with computers and various software applications.
• Willing to work indoors/outdoors in varying temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Delivery Verification: verify deliveries against purchase orders and check for damage, lot numbers, and expiration dates.
• System Entry: scan/record deliveries in WMS or SAP.
• Loading/Unloading: handle indoor/outdoor trailer loading in all weather.
• Staging and QC: place items in staging area until QC clears them.
• Finished Goods: move finished goods from production floor to outbound staging area.
• Pallet Management: wrap pallets and verify WMS labels.
• Quality Assurance: perform regular inspections of finished goods.
• Rework Documentation: document and store re-work items.
• Component Staging: stage components as per work orders.
• Cleaning and Organization: maintain plant/warehouse cleanliness.
• Pallet Organization: keep pallets organized.
• Cycle Counts: perform counts as requested.
• Safety: follow OSHA procedures, including PPE and forklift safety.
