Job summary

Vistar in Portland, OR is seeking a warehouse associate to oversee the receiving dock, inspect and verify incoming materials, and ensure accurate labeling and documentation. You will coordinate storage, update inventory records, and support the smooth movement of goods through the facility while following safety protocols.

The role requires attention to detail, physical capability to lift up to 80 pounds occasionally, and the ability to work a 4:00am–12:30pm shift Monday through Friday.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the receiving dock area to inspect, identify, count and verify quality and labeling of all materials and supplies.
• Enter information into inventory database and coordinate storage of supplies.
• Maintain safe, compliant operations and support efficient product flow through the production process.
• Perform duties as part of the team and handle tasks as assigned to best serve the company.
