Job summary

Sysco Greco Illinois is seeking a Warehouse Associate to perform loading, unloading, depalletizing, receiving, put-away, and picking in freezer, cooler and dry areas. You will use RF scanners and a warehouse management system to enter data, verify quantities, temperatures, and Lot numbers with accuracy and speed.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, six months of warehouse experience, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds (100 pounds on occasion).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED. Six months warehouse experience preferred.
• Material handling equipment certification preferred or obtainable after hire.
• Ability to read/understand instructions and write basic notes.

Responsibilities

• Receive and verify shipments and record details in the warehouse management system.
• Scan items and log LPN, catch-weight, dates, and weights accurately.
• Inspect for shortages, damage, or quality issues and report variances.
• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and in compliance with PWMs.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and follow safety procedures.
