Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse receiving or dispatch is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming goods, verify against purchase orders or shipping manifests, and inspect for damage.
• Record all incoming inventory into the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Organize and stage received goods for put-away or direct use.
• Prepare outgoing shipments by picking, packing, and labeling orders accurately.
• Verify outgoing shipments against dispatch orders.
• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized receiving and dispatch area.
• Adhere to all company health and safety regulations.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding inventory status and discrepancies.
• Assist with inventory counts and stocktaking as required.

About the Role
