Langham Logistics is seeking a Warehouse Quality Representative for the Life Science Division in Whitestown, IN. This second shift role (4pm-12:30am, Sun-Thu) focuses on QC, shipping/receiving accuracy, and proactive issue resolution.

You will ensure materials are checked, discrepancies are identified, and inventory is tracked with cross-functional collaboration. The role emphasizes client communication and adherence to SOPs and quality agreements.

Responsibilities

  • Ensuring accurate shipping and receiving by performing QC checks on all incoming and outgoing materials.
  • Gathering all applicable information to determine if a shipment has a discrepancy.
  • Ensuring accurate inventory management by ensuring materials are dropped into deviation accurately.
  • Collaborate among departments on discrepancies or questions for deviating material.
  • Assisting the Quality Manager with projects.
  • Ensuring proper Client communication as it relates to Quality issues according to SOPs and Client Quality Agreement.
  • Performing accurate inventory counts, identifying and tracking errors, and communicating with stakeholders to support case management.

Summary

The Quality Representative contributes to meeting Langham Logistics goals of exceptional Client service, quality,processimprovement,andprofitabilitybyperformingthefollowingtasks:

Education and Experience

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 1-2 years’ experience in Quality Control or related field within a GMP facility
  • Forklift experience a PLUS

Work Environment and Physical Demands

Work is performed in a warehouse/office/external environment with multiple zones of varying temperature: frozen, refrigerated, controlled room temperature, and environmental. Physical movements including bending, stooping, and lifting up to 50 pounds as part of daily work routine. Will be working on concrete in a warehouse environment (subject to heat and cold).
