Ryder System, Inc. in Jeffersonville, IN is seeking a Warehouse Clerk to join our team. You will check drivers in/out, assign docks, and help ensure accurate shipping and receiving in a fast-paced facility.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Two+ years experience with SAP and WMS.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office (intermediate).
• Safety-sensitive position; may require equipment certification depending on location.

Responsibilities

• Check truck drivers in and out.
• Assign dock doors for inbound/outbound activity.
• Verify shipping/receiving documentation accuracy; coordinate with inventory.
• Assist in appointment scheduling as needed.
• Update required reports on a timely basis.
• Communicate with customers and assist with needs.
• Coordinate inbound/outbound loads.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Warehouse Positions Pay Weekly

• Hourly Pay $19.05 per hour
• Overtime Pay $28.57 per hour
• Schedule: First Shift, Monday - Friday 6:30 am - 3:00 pmOvertime as needed

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Two (2) years or more experience in SAP and Warehouse Management System (WMS)
• Flexibility to operate and self-driven to excel in a fast-paced environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to:
• Create and maintain professional relationships within all levels of the organization (peers, work groups, customers, supervisors)
• Multi-task, be highly organized, with excellent time management skills
• Work independently and as a member of a team
• Detail oriented with excellent follow-up practices
• Excellent PC skills in MS Office (intermediate level)
• SAP and Warehouse Management System (WMS) knowledge (intermediate level)
• Safety Sensitive Position. Non-Regulated Tech. Depending on location, may be required to operate equipment and be equipment certified

• Verify accuracy of all shipping/receiving documentation. Partner with the inventory department to resolve any issues
• Assist in appointment scheduling as needed

• Coordinate inbound and outbound loads
• Perform other duties as assigned
