Job summary

Neovia Logistics in Gouldsboro, PA is seeking a Warehouse Quality Associate to support quality control of stored products and accurate inventory. The role covers both 1st shift (8:30am–5:00pm) and 2nd shift (2:00pm–10:30pm) with competitive hourly pay and a shift differential for the second shift.

Responsibilities include inspecting shipments, auditing inventory, documenting findings, entering data, and safely operating forklifts and other equipment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in warehouse/inventory/QA.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Basic computer skills and data-entry ability.
• Basic math skills for counting and auditing.
• Experience in warehouse, inventory control, quality assurance, or auditing preferred.
• Experience operating powered industrial equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and audit shipments to ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance with company standards.
• Verify that returned products are in good condition and ready for re-entry into inventory or shipment.
• Identify damaged, defective, or non-conforming products and report findings to management promptly.
• Assist with repackaging products according to established facility guidelines and procedures.
• Ensure inventory is stored safely, securely, and in accordance with company safety standards.
• Identify and report inventory defects to minimize discrepancies.
• Enter audit and inventory data into the company's computerized systems.
• Operate material handling equipment safely, including forklifts, clamp lifts, reach trucks, and order pickers.
• Support other departments and warehouse operations as needed.
• Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned by leadership.

JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for ensuring the Quality of stored product as well as any returns. This role is crucial to help maintain accurate inventory and support other areas of the business by identifying damaged or defective products as well as operating various types of warehouse equipment safely and efficiently. This position requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a commitment to ensuring quality & inventory accuracy. Responsible for a sound knowledge of logistics and supply chain, materials management and distribution/transportation processes and policies to meet the business requirements.

Our currently schedules:

1st Shift 8:30am - 5pm Monday - Friday $20.19

2nd Shift 2pm - 10:30pm Monday - Friday $20.19 plus $1.50 shift differential

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Inspect and audit incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance with company standards.

QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of relevant experience
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to accurately enter and maintain data.
• Basic math skills for counting, auditing, and inventory verification.
• Previous warehouse, inventory control, quality assurance, or auditing experience preferred.
• Experience operating powered industrial equipment, such as forklifts, reach trucks, clamp lifts, or order pickers, preferred.
• Ability to identify quality issues and communicate findings effectively.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Requires frequent walking, carrying, reaching, standing, and stooping.
• Requires lifting/lowering, pushing, or pulling of various items of varying weight.
• Requires work from heights of up to 20 feet from floor.
• Requires work in an environment with frequently changing temperatures.

ADDITIONAL INFO
