  • Identify and report product defects, damages, or missing inventory to management.
  • Follow PPE and safety protocols and participate in safety training.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Schedule:

1st shift 6 am -6 pm (12 hour shifts with rotation)

Compensation

Base Hourly Wage or Compensation Range: $17.26 per hour
Shift Differential: $0 per hour

Position Overview

The Warehouse Associate is a key contributor to daily warehouse operations, responsible for manual order fulfillment, product handling and supporting overall inventory accuracy. This role ensures timely and accurate processing of orders through hands‑on work, quality checks, and adherence to all safety and operational standards within the warehouse environment.

Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities
Order Fulfillment & Material Handling
  • Accurately pick, sort, and prepare products for customer orders, including case picking, kitting, lumping, andassembly.
  • Assist with e-commerce and value-added service (VAS) order processing, following specific work instructions.
  • Load and unload products as needed to support daily operations.
Quality, Safety & Compliance
  • Perform visual quality checks to verify correct products, proper quantities, and compliance with customer
  • packaging and shipping requirements.
  • Identify and report product defects, damages, or missing inventory to management.
  • Follow all safety protocols, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE), and participate in safetyand compliance training.
  • Assist with physical inventories and cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
Teamwork & Communication
  • Collaborate with team members, leads, and supervisors to meet daily productivity and service goals.
  • Take coaching and feedback constructively, communicating respectfully with others at all times.
  • Promote a positive and collaborative team environment.

Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED Equivalent – or equivalent relevant experience.
  • At least six (6) months of general work experience.
  • Ability to safely operate and maneuver electric pallet jacks and hand-operated pallet jacks.
  • Basic math and reading skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience in warehouse or logistics environments.
  • Prior experience with value-added services (VAS) and order fulfillment systems.
  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS).
  • Familiarity with electronic record‑keeping and label printing systems.
  • Experience collaborating with customer operations or inventory teams.
Physical Requirements

This position requires the physical ability to Stand and/or walk for extended periods (up to 10 hours, depending on shift)

  • Sit, stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl as needed
  • Climb stairs, ladders, and/or scaffolds at various heights including ground-level and racking zones frequently
  • Reach with hands and arms overhead and below waist level
  • Lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds
  • Occasionally lift heavier items with or without assistance
  • Use fine motor skills/manual dexterity to operate equipment, tools, or keyboards
  • Frequently use hands and fingers to handle, grasp, or control objects
  • See clearly at close range and at distance, with peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus
  • Hear and understand verbal instructions, alarms, and equipment signals in a noisy environment
Work Environment

This position operates in a warehouse and distribution center environment. The employee is frequently exposed to:

  • Varying temperatures, including but not limited to refrigerated or non-climate-controlled areas
  • Loud noise levels, such as machinery, forklifts, and conveyor systems
  • Dust, odors, and airborne particles
  • Concrete flooring and moving mechanical equipment
  • Frequent exposure to powered industrial vehicles and warehouse traffic
  • The employee is required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) such as steel-toed shoes, safety glasses, andhigh-visibility vests.

This role may be performed on-site only.
