Job summary

Best Buy is hiring a Warehouse Quality Assurance Administrator to monitor and evaluate inventory control processes across distribution centers, delivery pads and service depots. You will audit receiving, shipping and warehousing operations and report results to supply chain leaders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

The role involves assisting with discrepancy diagnosis, staff training, and coordinating with corporate teams to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• Experience with inventory, warehousing or office tasks.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Proper training and certification on necessary equipment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor inventory discrepancies and audit receiving/shipping processes.
• Advise staff and managers on inventory concerns and recommendations.
• Communicate with corporate teams on discrepancies and progress toward resolution.
• Provide training support related to procedures, systems and inventory management.
• Maintain clean work areas by removing pallets, boxes and debris.
