Job summary

Best Buy is seeking a Warehouse Clerical Support Administrator to help ensure order integrity and a seamless online shopping experience for customers. You’ll use internal systems and emails to manage direct-to-customer orders and coordinate with warehouse teams.

Key tasks include data entry and verification, creating work assignments for warehouse personnel, producing distribution center reports, and resolving issues with shipments, vendor appointments, and third‑party logistics.

Qualifications

• Able to stand and sit for long periods.
• Able to work in an environment that is not climate controlled.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Enter, verify, maintain and correct data on a computer or handheld scanning device
• Create work assignments for warehouse personnel
• Complete distribution center reports
• Process records, document data and prepare reports for various control areas of the center
• Resolve issues concerning vendor appointments, shipment quality, damage and third-party logistics delivery
