Job summary

Best Buy is seeking a Warehouse Clerical Support Administrator to ensure order integrity and smooth information flow. You will manage direct-to-customer orders via email and phone, and navigate internal systems to support warehouse operations.

The role emphasizes data accuracy, reporting, and collaboration with multiple teams, with a focus on handling vendor appointments and shipment issues.

Qualifications

• Able to stand and sit for long periods.
• Able to work in an environment that is not climate controlled.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds with or without accommodation.
• Previous customer service experience (preferred).
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (preferred).
• Ability to learn new software programs and work with multiple operating systems (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Enter, verify, maintain and correct data on a computer or handheld scanning device.
• Create work assignments for warehouse personnel.
• Complete distribution center reports.
• Process records, document data and prepare reports for various control areas of the center.
• Resolve issues concerning vendor appointments, shipment quality, damage and third‑party logistics delivery.
