Job summary

KeHE Distributors is seeking a Quality Assurance Associate in California to support warehouse operations by validating order accuracy, pallet integrity, and food safety compliance before product reaches customers. You will inspect trailers, pallets, cases, and totes, identify issues, and collaborate with leadership to correct defects, protecting inventory and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced facility.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required; additional training in quality, food safety, or warehouse operations is a plus.
• Experience: Minimum of one year with a Warehouse Management System (WMS); preferred in food distribution, quality assurance, inventory control, or clerking roles.

• Validate outbound and inbound warehouse production by inspecting pallets and totes for brand, variety, quantity, and order accuracy.
