Jobvite, Inc. is seeking a Purchasing Assistant Warehouse to support the Purchasing Department at the Plainwell Plant. The position runs a 12-hour rotating shift from 6am to 6pm and reports to the Purchasing Supervisor.

You will process purchase orders, confirm pricing and delivery dates with vendors, build vendor relationships, and coordinate with Accounting and Accounts Payable to ensure invoices and deliveries are accurate.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED required; business degree preferred.
• Two to five years purchasing/procurement experience.
• Minimum one year in procurement, inventory control, asset management, or receiving.
• Strong verbal and written communication and organizational skills.

Mansioni

• Process purchase orders from released requisitions and confirm pricing and delivery dates with vendors.
• Build relationships with vendors and coordinate with Purchasing Supervisor.
• Coordinate with Accounting on receipts and AP on invoices.
• Ensure timely delivery and accurate PO data; resolve vendor issues.
