Responsible to lead a team of Warehouse Specialists and Material Handlers to receive and record new stock as it comes in and to deliver stock, prepare shipment onto trucks or shelves/locations as needed. The Property Manager has direct responsibility for executing receiving, stocking and shipping activities for such commodities as hardware items, electrical parts, electronic components, mechanical assemblies, sub-assemblies, chemicals, and services. Requires a background in supply chain management, purchasing, and/or logistics in accordance with DCMA/DCAA regulations. Must have expertise in improving and executing property management processes for continental US and international requirements. This includes experience in requirement forecasting, planning, purchasing, shipping and delivery, field distribution, and customer service.
