Job summary

Prism Maritime, LLC is seeking a Warehouse Property Manager to lead warehouse teams, oversee receiving, stocking, and shipping processes, and ensure compliance with government regulations. The role requires strong background in supply chain and logistics, plus experience with FAR/DFARS and government property procedures.

The ideal candidate will manage inventory documentation, coordinate with logistics, and drive continuous improvements in storage and receiving practices.

Qualifications

• Background in supply chain management, purchasing, and/or logistics per DCMA/DCAA regulations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Understanding of FAR/DFARS and government contracting practices.
• DCMA Audit experience and knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directs and coordinates activities of personnel engaged in receiving materials, equipment, and supplies.
• Manages inventory documentation and the material receipt process.
• Records material quality, quantity, type, style, and characteristics upon receipt.
• Ensures compliance with FAR/DFARS, export regulations, and Prism Maritime policies.
• Maintains inventory control; conducts bi-weekly inventories and reports issues.
