This role requires 1+ year of customer service or distribution center experience, forklift certification preferred, and ability to operate RF devices and warehouse systems. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus; High School diploma or GED is required.

Qualifications

• Forklift, hand truck, pallet jack certification preferred.
• High School or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Pick and process orders for will call, small packages, and freight outs.
• Use RF devices and printers during picking.
• Ensure accuracy and avoid damaged products.
• Label, stage, and prepare orders for pickup or shipment.
• Interact with customers and branch drivers professionally.
• Complete required paperwork and signatures.
• Operate relevant computer programs and hardware for tasks.
• Report equipment damage to supervisor promptly.
• Carry out other duties as assigned.
