Job summary

Valley Craft Industries Inc is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse and production operations. You will handle materials, fulfill orders, assist with shipping/receiving, and help with inventory while receiving training in painting, powder coating, and other processes.

The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and reliability in a manufacturing setting with varying temperatures and physical tasks up to 75 pounds.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Warehouse, manufacturing or material-handling experience preferred.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Able to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Teamworking ability and willingness to learn.
• Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment after training.
• Able to lift up to 75 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage, check, and prepare products and materials for production or shipment.
• Load, unload, move, and organize materials around the facility.
• Receive incoming materials and verify shipments for accuracy and condition.
• Stock materials and maintain organized inventory locations.
• Support shipping and receiving activities and documentation.
• Use company systems to support inventory, orders, and shipping.
• Assist with physical inventory and cycle counts.
• Operate forklifts and hand trucks following training and certification.
• Support painting and powder coating operations as needed.
• Assist in other warehouse and manufacturing areas per production needs.
• Inspect materials and finished products for accuracy and quality.
• Maintain clean, safe work areas and follow PPE requirements.
