Aufgaben

• Pick, stage, check, and prepare products and materials for production or shipment.
• Load, unload, move, and organize materials around the facility.
• Receive incoming materials and verify shipments for accuracy and condition.
• Stock materials and maintain organized inventory locations.
• Support shipping and receiving activities and documentation.
• Use company systems to support inventory, orders, and shipping.
• Assist with physical inventory and cycle counts.
• Operate forklifts and hand trucks following training and certification.
• Support painting and powder coating operations as needed.
• Assist in other warehouse and manufacturing areas per production needs.
• Inspect materials and finished products for accuracy and quality.
• Maintain clean, safe work areas and follow PPE requirements.

Position Overview:

The Warehouse Associate supports daily warehouse and production operations while gaining hands‑on experience across multiple areas of the facility. The role includes material handling, order fulfillment, shipping and receiving, inventory, and production support, with training provided in painting, powder coating, and other warehouse and manufacturing processes.

Job Duties:

• Pick, stage, check, and prepare products and materials for production or shipment.
• Load, unload, move, and organize materials throughout the facility.
• Receive incoming materials and verify shipments for accuracy and product condition.
• Stock materials and maintain organized product and inventory locations.
• Support shipping and receiving activities, including order processing and documentation.
• Use company computer systems and software to support inventory, order, and shipping processes.
• Assist with physical inventory and cycle counts.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other material-handling equipment following training and certification.
• Support painting and powder coating operations, including material preparation and related production processes.
• Assist in other warehouse and manufacturing areas based on production needs.
• Inspect materials and finished products for accuracy and quality.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas.
• Follow company safety procedures and use required personal protective equipment (PPE).
