The Production Associate supports all aspects of warehouse operations, with a strong focus on paint preparation and finishing processes. Responsibilities include picking and packing orders, organizing materials, sandblasting, racking and de-racking parts, and preparing items for shipment. This role ensures products are handled efficiently and meet company quality standards while maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace.

About the vacancy

Essential job functions:

• Accurately pick and pack items for shipment according to company standards and procedures.
• Organize, sort, and store inventory in designated warehouse locations.
• Retrieve products efficiently and accurately for processing or shipment.
• Perform small parts assembly as required for production or order fulfillment.
• Prepare items for painting, including sandblasting, racking, and other surface prep tasks.
• Assist with general warehouse operations, including cleaning, stocking, and maintenance.
• Follow all company safety policies, quality standards, and operating procedures.
• De-rack finished items, then box, label, and prepare them for shipment.

Requirements:

• Ability to lift and move items up to 70 pounds.
• Capable of maintaining a high level of physical activity for extended periods, including standing for most of the shift.
• Able to perform effectively in a fast-paced work environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work well as part of a team
