Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 2 years in production planning, warehouse ops, logistics, or supply chain.
• Strong MS Excel and data analysis skills.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and adjust daily and weekly production schedules based on orders, inventory, and staffing.
• Coordinate with warehouse leadership to meet targets and deadlines.
• Monitor inventory and liaise with purchasing to ensure material availability.
• Analyze production data to identify efficiency improvements and reduce delays.
• Communicate schedule changes to relevant departments.
• Track production performance and prepare reports on outputs and metrics.
• Investigate production issues and suggest corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate planning records in WMS/ERP systems.
• Support continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to safety policies and procedures.
