Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required; technical/ vocational or associate degree preferred.
• Experience: production planning/dispatch in warehouse or manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge: Blue Yonder WMS, MS 365, effective communication, KPI focus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage workflow via WMS to release pick lists aligned with shipment schedules.
• Plan and optimize material flow to maximize efficiency across warehouse departments.
• Communicate with Inbound, Picking, Packing and Outbound to align material requirements.
• Maintain and review performance/deviation reports; highlight bottlenecks and improvement opportunities.
• Apply problem-solving tools to address deviations and drive continuous improvement.
• Perform other duties to support warehouse objectives.
