Superior Beverage Group is seeking a Warehouse Production Manager to lead a team of 10-20 associates within our Columbus, OH operations. The role focuses on safety, efficiency, and operational excellence, ensuring daily execution of processes and procedures.

The position requires strong leadership, experience with WMS, and a proactive mindset to drive continuous improvement across the warehouse operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; degree preferred in operations/ logistics.
• Experience leading frontline warehouse teams in fast-paced environments.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Strong communication, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Leads a team of 10–20 warehouse associates in a fast-paced, time-bound daily operation.
• Ensures warehouse production workflow and tasks are organized and assigned.
• Drives process improvements to increase efficiency and profitability.
• Oversees end-of-day activities: loading trucks, invoicing, dispatching, and close-out.
• Maintains staffing within budget and coordinates with other departments to optimize operations.
