Job summary

SanMar is seeking a Production II associate for the Sparks, NV area. This role involves fast-paced warehouse tasks such as order picking, restocking, and auditing outbound orders to ensure accuracy.

You will operate voice/RF equipment and help prepare shipments for invoicing and dispatch. The position requires attention to detail, the ability to follow directions, and a solid work ethic in a team environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience supporting warehouse activities.
• Ability to read, write and identify colors, sizes, quantity, label and SKU information.
• Basic math skills in counting and quantity required.
• Demonstrated ability to follow directions and adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Pick products quickly and accurately from designated locations and place into cartons or totes as directed by the hand-scanner.
• Restock product into designated locations.
• Inspect and audit outbound customer orders for accuracy and compliance, seal orders, and direct to invoicing and shipping.
• Operate a voice or RF unit.
• Check out equipment and return it in good condition.
• Meet minimum production and accuracy standards and delivery deadlines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Comply with all policies and standards.
