Job summary

Employnet, Inc. is seeking a warehouse associate in Sparks, NV to support order picking, packing, and staging for outbound shipments. You will verify items, operate RF scanners, and help maintain precise inventory through cycle counts and routine inspections.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading trucks, palletizing, labeling, and maintaining a clean, safe workspace per OSHA standards. Prior distribution experience and basic computer skills are preferred for success in a fast-paced team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Prior warehouse, picking, packing, or distribution experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• 1 year of recent long-term consecutive work history.
• Basic computer and scanner operation skills.

Responsibilities

• Pick customer orders using pick tickets, handheld scanners, and WMS.
• Verify product numbers, quantities, and specifications for accuracy.
• Pack products securely per shipping standards and customer needs.
• Label, palletize, and stage orders for outbound shipments.
• Inspect products for defects, damage, or discrepancies before shipment.
• Receive, sort, and stock incoming materials in designated locations.
• Perform inventory counts and assist with cycle counting.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and report variances.
• Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, hand trucks, forklifts when certified).
• Load and unload trucks following safety procedures.
• Keep a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow company policies, quality standards, and OSHA regulations.
• Collaborate with team to meet daily production and shipping goals.
• Assist with other warehouse and distribution duties as assigned.
