Job description

Job Title: Production Clerk

Concordance Healthcare Solutions is seeking a full-time Production Clerk for our Sioux Falls, SD location. The primary responsibility of this role is to perform warehouse tasks as assigned, understanding the goals and processes of all warehouse functions.

Essential Functions:

1. Perform duties across departments including Receiving, Stocking, Shipping, and Special tasks.
2. Receiving: Unloading freight, checking in freight with RF device, reconciling packing slips.
3. Stocking: Stocking inbound products using RF devices, directing product put-away.
4. Shipping: Using voice pick features, picking accurately, building outbound shipments, operating equipment.
5. Special Tasks: Training in warehouse operations including Returns, Order Management, Inventory Control, and others. May include equipment preparation and grounds maintenance.
6. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Warehouse/distribution experience preferred.
• Ability to perform physical activities typical of warehouse work, including lifting up to 70 pounds.
• Ability to handle stress, operate or learn to operate industrial equipment.
• Strong time management, attention to detail, and teamwork skills.
• Willing to work overtime and pass background checks and drug screening.
