Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking Production Associates in Robinson, IL to support manufacturing operations. You will operate machines, move materials, and help ensure quality in a collaborative team setting.

Entry level positions are welcome; pre-employment screening is required. You may stand long shifts (8–12 hours), lift up to 35 pounds, and rotate between assignments with mandatory overtime when needed. Benefits available after waiting period.

Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing, is seeking Production Associates to join their team. As a Production Associate, you will be part of the industrial department supporting manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Associates

Location: Robinson, IL

Pay Range: $17.00/hour

Shift: 1st Shift: 5:00am-1:00pm + Overtime until 3pm or 5pm
