Job summary

Manpower currently seeks a Production Associate in Cary, NC to support packaging and quality checks on wrapped products. The role involves inspecting materials, ensuring proper sealing, and loading goods onto pallets for shipping, while maintaining a clean and organized work area.

The position requires a high school diploma, ability to follow instructions, multi-task in a fast-paced setting, basic math, and ability to lift up to 60 pounds, with both day and night rotating shifts available.

Qualifications

  • Ability to understand and apply written and verbal instructions.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be able to perform simple mathematical calculations.
  • Ability to lift or carry up to 60 pounds occasionally and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

  • Collect and inspect wrapped products for quality, correct materials, and proper sealing before packaging.
  • Inspect finished products for quality, visual defects, and proper sealing.
  • Load finished products on shipping pallets for transport to shipping.
  • Keeps the work environment around the assembly line clean, neat, and orderly.

Job Title: ProductionAssociate

Location: Cary, NC

Pay Range: $15/hr - $16.13/hr

Schedule: 715AM-715PM OR 715PM-715AM (2-2-3 ROTATING SHIFT)

Weekday and weekend shifts are available.
