Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East in Chesterfield, MI is seeking detail-oriented Warehouse Production Associates and Warehouse Support Floaters for all three shifts. You will work with user-friendly, automated equipment to process, print, cut, and package custom fabric and apparel products.

This is a light production role with precision tasks, no heavy lifting beyond 20 lbs, and required reliability for all shifts—7a-3:30p, 3p-11:30p, and 11p-7:30a.

Job Summary

We are looking for detail-oriented Warehouse Production Associates and Warehouse Support Floaters on all three shifts to join our team in Chesterfield, MI!

In these roles, you will work with user-friendly, automated equipment to process, print, cut, and package custom fabric and apparel products. No heavy lifting required- this is a light production role where accuracy and care are key.

1st Shift (7a-330p)

2nd Shift (3p-1130p)

3rd Shift (11p-730a)

Key Responsibilities

• Scan QR codes to run automated heat-press machines that apply logos and graphics to fabrics.
• Precision-cut printed graphics and match them with the corresponding fabrics.
• Monitor automated embroidery machinery as it stitches designs into material (simple troubleshooting like pausing the machine or repositioning needles when needed).
• Operate automated cutting equipment to trim large fabric rolls into smaller sizes, hand-roll materials, and pack orders into boxes for shipping.
• Assist across multiple departments based on daily production needs. Perfect for someone who likes variety!
