Feast-Detroit is seeking a Production Associate to support the preparation and packing of specialty foods in our Inkster, Michigan facility. You will handle raw ingredients, follow precise recipes, and ensure products meet quality and safety standards.

The role involves standing for long periods, lifting up to 40 pounds, and collaborating with a fast-paced team. This is a full-time position with 10-hour shifts, Monday through Thursday, with compensation based on experience.

Job Function:

• Food Manufacturing Production Associate
• Job Type: Full-Time
• Schedule: M-Th 10 hour shifts
• Location: Inkster, MI
• Hourly Rate: $16.00 to $17.00, based on skill set and experience

Overview:

• Duties and Responsibilities:
• Physical activities requiring full body motion for standing, lifting, crouching, reaching, stretching, balancing, walking for 8 to 10 hour shifts
• Prepping of raw ingredients for food manufacturing in accordance with provided recipes
• Lifting up to 40 pounds
• Packing and weighing product
• Ability to follow specific recipes requiring math skills for measuring
• Following safety and OSHA requirements
• Physical Environment:
• Warehouse environment
• Physically able to stand, walk, use full body motion for long periods of time
• Lifting up to 40 pounds
• Kitchen prep experience is a plus!
