Job summary

The Campbell's Company is hiring a Warehouse Process Technician in Pineville, NC to keep warehouse operations running safely and efficiently under the supervision of the Warehouse Supervisor.

You will coordinate day-to-day workflow, support team members, handle receiving, storage, picking, loading, and manufacturing processes, and help resolve issues across departments. The role requires a high school diploma or GED and at least one year of production experience.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED and at least 1 year of production experience.
• Able to perform receiving, picking, palletizing, loading, inventory and shipping-related tasks.
• Must learn Oracle WMS, Telnet, scanners and use PCs.
• Must safely operate powered industrial vehicles.
• Must work Sunday–Thursday 2:15 p.m.–10:15 p.m.
• Willingness to work overtime and adapt schedules.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate warehouse workflow and assign daily activities.
• Monitor shift and allocate staff as needed.
• Perform material-handler duties including picking, palletizing, loading.
• Review production/shipping requirements to meet customer expectations.
• Safely operate equipment.
• Support multiple shipping methods.
• Assist with physical inventories and cycle counting.
• Train new employees and lead during leader absence.
