Job summary

Campbell's is seeking a Warehouse Process Technician to join our Charlotte facility. You will help keep warehouse operations running safely and efficiently under the Warehouse Supervisor, coordinating daily activities across receiving, storage, picking, loading and manufacturing.

You will resolve issues on the floor, train new employees, and support leadership coverage as needed while following safety and regulatory requirements. The role requires working Sunday–Thursday, 2:15 p.m.–10:15 p.m.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Ability to learn warehouse technology (Oracle WMS, Telnet, scanners).
• Ability to operate powered industrial equipment safely.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate warehouse workflow across receiving, storage, picking, loading, and manufacturing.
• Monitor shift activity and adjust assignments with leadership.
• Perform material handling tasks including picking orders, palletizing, loading/unloading.
• Review production schedules and shipping requirements to meet customer expectations.
• Train new employees and provide leadership support during coverage.
