Job summary

GE Vernova’s Greenville site seeks a Warehouse Process Quality Specialist to drive training, quality execution, and materials initiatives across receiving and external warehouse teams. You will own standard work, deploy training standards, and improve tools and processes for warehouse operations.

The role emphasizes problem solving, data analytics, KPIs, and collaboration with Materials Leaders to meet project goals. Requires 1st shift availability and relevant materials experience.

Qualifications

  • Requires 1st shift availability (8am–4pm).
  • Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years in manufacturing if no degree.
  • At least 1 year of materials, warehouse or inventory experience/cycle count.

Responsibilities

  • Lead problem solving and continuous improvement for inventory accuracy.
  • Lead external warehouse cycle count program and metrics.
  • Define layered process audit plans to ensure system standards.
  • Improve external receiving and internal material transfers to strengthen process standards.
  • Implement built in quality solutions and facilitate daily management and root cause problem solving.
  • Support data analytics, materials reporting, and pulling of materials KPIs.
  • Collaborate with Materials Leaders to meet project goals and objectives.
  • Drive SAP and system-based solutions to improve accuracy.

Job Description Summary

The Warehouse Process Quality Specialist will be responsible for driving training, quality execution, and materials initiatives across the Greenville site receiving team & local external warehouse. In this role, you will own the creation and adherence to standard work and the related KPIs. You will utilize your functional experience and expertise to develop and deploy training standards and drive improvements to tools and processes pertaining to warehouse operations.

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Lead problem solving and continuous improvement efforts focused on warehouse inventory accuracy
  • Lead the external warehouse cycle count program and performance metrics
  • Define layered process audit plans to ensure strong adherence to system standards
  • Lead problem solving and continuous improvement efforts for external warehouse receiving and internal material transfers to strengthen process standards
  • Implement built in quality solutions and facilitate daily management and root cause problem solving
  • Support data analytics, materials reporting, and pulling of materials KPIs
  • Work collaboratively with other Materials Leaders to effectively meet project goals and objectives.

Required Qualifications
  • Ability to work 1st shift (8am-4pm)
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college (or high school diploma / GED and at least 4 years of experience in working in a manufacturing environment)
  • At least 1 additional year of materials, warehouse or inventory experience/cycle count

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $76,300.00 and $114,400.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus. This posting is expected to remain open for at least seven days after it was posted on September 04, 2026.
