Job summary

GE Vernova Greenville is seeking a Process Industrialization professional to drive the hand-off of new products into production and to industrialize manufacturing processes for scalable output. You will lead cross-functional efforts, emphasize safety and quality, and apply lean methods to reduce waste and improve throughput.

Responsibilities

  • Execute hand-offs for new product introductions, transfers, and capital investments with lead time, tooling, fixturing, and run-off of initial production sets.
  • Develop and industrialize manufacturing processes for production hand-off and post-deployment support.
  • Support timelines with emphasis on safety, quality, qualifications, and problem solving.
  • Identify and eliminate waste; engineer, standardize, and optimize production processes.
  • Contribute to productivity efforts and lean initiatives in collaboration with the wider team.

What impact you'll make

As a member of the Process Industrialization team, you will be an active contributor to create, maintain, and execute the standard in how to develop and industrialize manufacturing processes using a team-based approach. This role executes steps to move process from development to production; driving the hand off process, post deployment support, and problem solving to finish the industrialization of a process into full production. Focus is on meeting the needs of the production teams as internal customers.

Job Description
  • Utilize in-depth knowledge of technical disciplines, analytical thinking, and technical experience to execute team demands and roadmap initiatives

  • Executes hand offs for new product introductions, part and technology transfers, new process introductions, and strategic plant and equipment investments; inclusive of lead time, technology selection, tooling, fixturing, programming, quality plan, and run-off of initial production sets

  • Execute hands-on development of new products and processes enabling a successful hand-off to the production team

  • Supports project timelines to meet customer needs with a strong focus on safety, process quality, qualifications, and problem solving

  • Support problem solving post deployment

  • Strong ability to identify and eliminate waste

  • Engineering, standardizing, and optimizing manufacturing processes

  • Participate in productivity efforts supporting cost competitiveness

  • Incorporate lean manufacturing principles into process development

  • Utilize kaizen activities for continuous improvement and collaborate with wider team on breakthrough initiative

What you'll bring (Basic Qualifications)

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of equivalent experience)

  • Minimum of 4 additional years of experience in Production Process and Equipment

  • Ability and desire to work on site in a manufacturing environment

Relocation Assistance Provided: Yes

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $81,700.00 and $136,700.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.

Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus. This posting is expected to remain open for at least seven days after it was posted on August 20, 2026.
