Job summary

Kelly Services is seeking a Warehouse Analyst to join a premier manufacturing client in Milan, IL on a 1-year contract. The role offers a 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM shift and a pay rate of $31.00 per hour, with overtime possible.

You will evaluate existing processes, lead moderate improvement projects, document current and future states, and support change management while coordinating with stakeholders. A Bachelor's degree and 1–3 years of independent experience are required; safety boots are mandatory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years of independent practitioner experience.
• Experience coordinating the work of others (4–6 months).
• Strong data collection/analysis and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with computer skills and standard office applications.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate existing business processes and identify improvements.
• Define, develop, and implement moderate complexity process improvement projects.
• Document current and future state processes and support change management.
• Communicate plans and engage stakeholders to foster collaboration.
• Support risk identification, mitigation, and feasibility studies.
• Collect and report data from various sources.
