Job summary

Corvias Corporate Services, LLC is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support inventory coordination, unload shipments, stock inventory, and maintain safe, organized warehouse operations. You will work under the supervision of the Inventory Coordinator and collaborate with maintenance teams and residents as needed.

The role emphasizes following SOPs, teamwork, and customer-focused service, with opportunities to grow skills, including potential forklift certification training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1+ years’ experience in a facility or warehouse environment.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English to follow instructions.
• Ability to follow established processes and procedures.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Customer-focused with professional interaction with colleagues and residents.
• Ability to operate pallet jack, dolly, or forklift (training provided).
• Valid Driver’s license to operate company vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Sort and move merchandise to correct locations in the warehouse using a pushcart, pallet jack, or other freight moving equipment.
• Comply with health and safety standards and with company, local, state, and federal guidelines.
• Assist maintenance techs with locating merchandise and signing out parts.
• Pull orders as directed by the Inventory Coordinator or Assistant Inventory Coordinator.
• Perform inventory counting to help maintain proper inventory management.
• Sweep and clean warehouse floors and maintain cleanliness.
• Participate in safety meetings and other training as required.
• Report safety hazards or injuries to supervisor.
• Assist in bulk trash collection and recycling program duties.
• Assist with logistics of transferring reusable/recyclable equipment and materials.
• Demonstrate initiative and accountability for quality and quantity of work.
