Job summary

Caterpillar Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Associate at our Clayton Distribution Center in Clayton, OH. You will perform material handling, use scanners, and operate various equipment to move parts and supplies safely.

The role requires safety discipline, reliable attendance, and ability to work shifts with available overtime. Benefits start day one and opportunities for growth exist within the Caterpillar PSLD organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months in previous employment.
• Experience with cherry/order picker, reach truck, and/or sit-down forklift preferred.
• Must follow safety PPE and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Safely perform material handling and warehousing processes.
• Operate handheld scanner for receiving and order processing.
• Operate cherry/order pickers, reach trucks, sit-down forklifts where applicable.
• Report defects and need for repairs.
• Prepare wooden shipping containers and apply paint/rust prevention.
• Maintain housekeeping and assist with other duties as assigned.
