Caterpillar’s Clayton Distribution Center is hiring a Warehouse Associate for the first shift. You will safely handle parts, operate scanners, and learn to use cherry pickers and forklifts while maintaining clean, organized work areas.

Training on equipment is provided, with opportunities for overtime and growth. The role requires a safety mindset, intact attendance history, and ability to read, write, and communicate in English.

Qualifications

• Safety procedures and PPE compliance required.
• 12 months of consecutive work experience.
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Perform warehousing and material handling tasks.
• Operate handheld scanner for receiving and order processing.
• Train on cherry/order pickers, reach trucks, and forklifts.
• Build wooden shipping containers and apply protective coatings.
• Maintain housekeeping and report defects.
